Bad Wolf Reward Points
Like many online retailers, we have a loyalty program that rewards customers for purchasing from our website. (Unlike most online retailers, we don’t sell our products on Amazon or any other virtual marketplace, so we basically just reward customers for giving our stuff a chance.)
Here’s how to earn and use Reward Points in the Bad Wolf store:
- Every time you make a purchase on the Bad Wolf site, you earn points toward future purchases.
- Once you have accrued points, you can convert them to coupons to save money in our store. If you have points to spend, you’ll see a link on the checkout page reminding you to convert your points to a coupon you can apply to your cart.
- You can earn Reward Points for other stuff too. Look around the screen — do you see a little red box that says “My Rewards”? If you click on it, you will see your points balance along with ways to earn more points.

Q: How many points do I earn for each purchase?
A: You earn the dollar amount you spent. That means if you purchase a play for $45, you will receive 45 points. Purchase two plays for $70 and receive 70 points.
Q: How much are the points worth in the store?
A: Each point is worth 5 cents. For example, accrue 100 points and save $5 on your next order! It’s that simple.
Q: Are there other ways to earn points?
Yes! You earn 50 points just for registering for an account, 50 points for every product review you write, and 50 points each year on your birthday (if you enter a birthday). You can also earn points by sharing your personal referral link with friends — you’ll get 10% of their first purchase amount in the form of points.
Q: How can I see how many points I currently have?
A: Click here to view your Points & Rewards page. You can also get there by navigating from any page to My Account –> Points & Rewards.
Q: I’ve ordered a lot of plays from you over many years. How do I redeem all these points?
A: Reward Points were launched in August 2013, so any online purchases you’ve made since then will earn points.
Q: Can I earn points if I order by phone, fax, or purchase order?
A: Maybe. If you’re paying by credit card, you can earn points. If a school or organization is paying for your items via a purchase order or invoicing system, you will not earn points.

A: Nope!
Q: Is there a minimum number of points I must have in order to use them?
A: Nope!
Q: If I check out as a guest, can I earn points?
A: Yes. Fortunately, our website recognizes that all purchases made under the same email account are for the same person, whether logged in or not. However, you will need to log in at checkout before you can apply your accrued points to an order.
Q: I have several items in my shopping cart, and I will earn a lot of points for this purchase. Is there any way to redeem the points immediately and reduce the balance on my current order?
A: No, but it never hurts to ask, does it?
Q: I won’t get a whole bunch of emails about my Reward Points, will I?
A: That’s not our intention! You will receive a reminder email about once every 90 days if you have unused points in your account.
