We know that for many of our customers, every penny counts. What’s worse than spending money on materials for your classroom, theater program, camp, etc. only to have it sit there, unused? So at Bad Wolf we offer an unequivocal promise:
If you order a play and realize it’s not right for you and your actors,
we’ll cheerfully and promptly refund your money or exchange your order.
Suppose you do the show with your students – what then?
If you do the play and didn’t think it was absolutely wonderful, then please get your money back.
If you can’t honestly say that your students loved it, that it was one of the most enjoyable experiences of your teaching career, and that your students learned a lot of curriculum…then you have every right to ask for a full refund. You can return the play no matter how long you’ve had it if it doesn’t live up to your expectations.
BOTTOM LINE:
If you’re not completely satisfied, we’ll gladly refund your money or exchange your order.
No questions asked and no hard feelings whatsoever on our part. Honest.
BUT TO AVOID A REFUND IN THE FIRST PLACE:
Check out the first third of the script and sample songs that are on each product page. These should give you a very good idea what to expect. You also have full permission to change or remove anything in the play that doesn’t work for you. We won’t be offended, promise. It’s all part of the creative process, and we’re just excited to be part of it.
